This IMPACT grant project represents a collaborative effort with the Gerber/Hart Library & Archives to revolutionize their digital presence and strengthen their connection with Chicago's LGBTQ+ community.
Through comprehensive user research, UX design, and web development, our interdisciplinary team focused on creating a more accessible and engaging platform. The primary goals included increasing website traffic, boosting donations, and enhancing the visibility of the library's invaluable LGBTQ+ historical resources.
